Standard Order Return & Exchange Policy:
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case it doesn’t work out, we'd love to help you find the perfect fit. You can request an exchange or return here. After you've completed the request, we'll email you the free, pre-paid USPS mailing label for the return of the original order.
We accept exchanges and returns on bras, underwear and loungewear up to 30 days from the date of your purchase, and the items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. We offer free shipping on all returns and exchanges for all orders placed within the United States. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For information regarding international returns, see here.
Please note that ThirdLove is not responsible for any returned packages that are shipped without the provided prepaid return shipping label.
For Exchanges:
All exchanges are processed shortly after the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Our Fit Stylists will review any questions you may have about the fit and provide a consultation before placing the exchange order.
If you would like to expedite your exchange, we recommend placing a new order and simply returning your original one.
If the bra you want to exchange is a higher price point than the bra you are sending back, we will refund the bra you are returning and you may place a new order from our website.
For Returns:
All returns are processed shortly after the item(s) are received and reviewed at our warehouse.
Refunds are only processed to the original method of payment.ThirdLove cannot refund your order to a different method of payment or card. If you have received a new credit card, but the original account remains active, the refund will process back to your account. If the account is closed, we are able to provide you with a site credit to use on a future purchase.
All refunds reflect the savings according to the number of bras remaining in your purchase.
Try Before Buying orders are exchangeable or returnable whether they are worn (tags unattached) or unworn (tags attached) as long as it is within 30 days of placing your order. Shipping for returns and exchanges are always free. If a gently used bra is returned after being worn during our Try Before You Buy offer, we'll wash it and donate it to a great cause. We’re working with several charities in California to give women in need of a perfectly fitting bra.

For Exchanges:
If you know right away that you'll need a different size, our team of Fit Stylists would love to offer you a better fit. Before you remove the tags, please contact us to let us know and we'll provide you with a fit consultation.
You will only be eligible to exchange for bra styles that fall under our Try Before You Buy offer which includes our 24/7™ Classic T-Shirt bra, our 24/7™ Classic Full Coverage bra and our 24/7™ Classic Contour Plunge.
For Returns:
We will process your return once we receive it back at our facilities and cancel your Try Before Buying order. Shipping is non-refundable for Try Before Buying orders.
Bra is unworn (tags attached):
Your exchange order with fall under our Try Before You Buy return & exchange policy and your 30-day period will start over from the date your exchange order is processed.
Bra is worn (tags unattached):
Your exchange order for your new bra will fall under our standard order return & exchange policy as we only allow one worn bra per customer.
- You will not be charged for the returned bra through the Try Before You Buy program.
- After the exchange is placed, you will be charged for your new bra as it will be considered a standard order.
