If you need to process an exchange or return:
1. Complete our digital exchange and return form by clicking here. Please note you will need your order ID and the email address you used to place the order. Can't find your order ID?
2. Fill out the return label with all the items you are returning/exchanging in your order. If the style/size you are looking for does not display on the exchange form, just chat us!
3. Once submitted, we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for the exchange or return.

*If your items were shipped in multiple boxes but are from the same order, you can send the return in 1 box. Please note that the return shipping label must include all the items in the box you are returning.
-If the return label is not working, we recommend using the browser Google Chrome.
Once we receive your exchange back at our Fulfillment Center, we will be able to place your new order. If the exchange label is not complete, a Fit Stylist will reach out to you!
You will receive a new order number in a confirmation email once we place your exchange order.
If you would like to exchange for an item that is out of stock, we recommend processing your exchange as a return. Be sure to set up a notification so you are informed when the product you would like is restocked.
For standard orders, it takes about 15-30 business days for refunds to be processed from the day your return is delivered. Once the refund is issued, please allow 1-3 business days for it to show on your statement.
For Try Before You Buy returns, we will cancel your order so you will not be charged for the cost of the bra, once we receive your return back.
