If you are exchanging or returning multiple items from one order, all items must be requested on a single return label. When requesting a return label, you will receive an email with a return label included as a pdf at the bottom.
We can only process refunds or exchanges if all items in the box match the return label taped to your return package. Any additional items sent back that are not included on the return label will not be processed.
We are unable to process the returns if a separate shipping label is included inside the box with the product. All items with their own return label need to be sent independently.
