The following tips will help you find your order:
- Check your email for the order confirmation. It includes the tracking information to follow your order's journey. (Can't find it? Check out your spam folder.)
- Are you a Hooked Rewards™ member? Log into your Hooked™ account to find your order details. Not Hooked™ yet? Sign up now! (Pro-tip: Use the same email to access all your ThirdLove orders)
- Order 2 or more items? Your order may be delivered in multiple packages. We provide tracking numbers for each package.

If your package is taking longer than 9 business days, or you need more assistance tracking your order, contact us with your order ID and a Fit Stylist will find your package!
You tracking information is sent to you via email 1-3 business days after placing your order. It can also be found in your Hooked™ account. Don't have an account? Create one and receive extra benefits and additional details regarding your orders.
If you haven't received any confirmation regarding shipping, follow these steps:
- Check your spam inbox.
- Refer to another email account you may have. If you placed your order with PayPal or Amazon Pay, the order is attached to the affiliated email address for those accounts.
If you cannot find your tracking information or if it does not update after 2-3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
If you still cannot locate your order ID, please contact us.
If your package is marked delivered, but you never received it, follow these steps:
- Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
- Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.
- Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will provide assistance!
Please note: Packages may be delayed due to weather conditions, natural error, or unforeseen events.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Your order will update to pre-shipment status before it is sent out.
If your order has been in pre-shipment status for more than 5 business days, please contact us!
