We want to get your ThirdLove bra to you as quickly as possible, so the sooner you are able to let us know the better! If you need to change or cancel your order, call us at 866-205-6833 so we can handle it immediately. Please know that we can make changes to most orders up to an hour after the order is placed during our business hours (6AM to 9PM Pacific Time, 7 days a week).
Canceling an order:
Order has not shipped yet: If you just placed your order, or it looks like your order hasn't shipped yet, please reach out to us right away! We will try our best to intercept your package and cancel the order for you. If we are able to cancel your order we will refund your original form of payment.
Order has shipped: If your order is already in transit to you, please submit a request below and a Fit Stylist will email you a prepaid USPS return label. Once you receive the package you can use that label to send it right back to us.
Changing an order:
In cart: If your product is still in your shopping cart and you have not submitted your order, click the shopping bag in the top right section of ThirdLove's homepage. From there you can click the X on the image of the product in your cart, or increase or decrease the quantity of product in your cart by clicking the - or + symbols.
After your place your order: Please reach out to us as soon as possible, with your order number on hand, and we will try to alter your order. We are not able to add more product to your order after it has been placed.
Order has shipped: If your order is already in transit to you, we will send you a return label via email. Once you receive the package you can use that label to send it right back to us.
