Refunds are issued 15-30 business days to the original payment method after your return has been delivered. You will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be reflected on your statement in 2-3 business days. Please contact your financial institution if the refund is not reflected on your bank statement.

If you take advantage of our More Love, Less Money discount, your refund will be dependent on the number of items you keep.
- If you order 2 bras and return 1, the discount will be removed and your refund will reflect the standard cost of the bra.
- If you order 3 bras and return 1, your discount will reflect the Buy 2, Save $15 discount.
- If you order 4 bras and return 1, your discount will reflect the Buy 3, Save $25 discount.
Gift cards are non-refundable or eligible for return. If you place an order with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
If you placed an order using Afterpay or PayPal, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. For security purposes, Thirdlove does not have access to Afterpay or PayPal accounts.
If you are interested in returning an item back to us, you can receive site credit! Site credit is stored in your Hooked account and a site credit code will be sent via email.
If you want to return an item, but it does not comply with our Return Policy guidelines, site credit may be provided. You may also request site credit by notating this in the comment section of your return form.
Site credit does not expire.
