2. Fill out the return label with all the items you are returning/exchanging in your order. If the style/size you are looking for does not display on the exchange form, just chat us!
3. Once submitted, we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for the exchange or return.
4. Once we receive your exchange back at our Fulfillment Center, we will be able to place your new order. If the exchange label is not complete, a Fit Stylist will reach out to you!
5. You will receive a new order number in a confirmation email once we place your exchange order.
If you would like to exchange for an item that is out of stock, we recommend processing your exchange as a return. Be sure to set up a notification so you are informed when the product you would like is restocked.
