If you are missing an item from your order, the item may have been sent separately. To know if items are sent separately, you can refer to your shipping confirmation email. If the email displays multiple tracking numbers, your package has been sent out in multiple packages.
If your shipping confirmation only displays one tracking number, please contact us.
For orders with multiple tracking numbers:
If you do not receive your orders within 3-7 business days, please do the following:
- Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
- Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.
- Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.
